In this fifth installment of The Cypher Sessions with Sonder Impact, we’re talking about Impostor Syndrome.

Impostor Syndrome |

A psychological occurrence in which people doubt their skills, talents, or accomplishments and have a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as frauds.

For this installment, Dr. Young will be joined by mental health expert and Inglewood native Stevon Lewis LMFT to explore community perspectives on, experiences with, and triumphs over impostor syndrome. Together, with Dr. Young and Mr. Lewis, we will tussle with questions around the phenomenon and ideate through ways to overcome it.
