FRIDAY FLOW is a weekly meditation and yoga flow brought to you by Sip & Sonder’s 501c3 nonprofit affiliate Sonder Impact.
We'll start this session with an open, non-guided meditation at 7:45am and move into a 1-hour yoga flow at 8am led by practitioner Bhreeyana, who will bring the connection back between our emotions and our bodies. ✨
