“What’s Your Frequency?” is a four-part Sonder Impact well-being series that will take participants on a journey of self-care, self-awareness, and grounding.
Happening during May 2022, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, “What’s Your Frequency?” aims to provide a safe space for participants to explore what their own vibrational energy is, without the input of the outside world. Absorbing the energies, opinions, outlooks, and moods of others can often cause friction within ourselves. “What’s Your Frequency?” will implore participants to explore who they are and how they feel in their own space, and at their own peace, and provide everyone with the tools to regulate their own energy and nervous systems.
The Practitioners.
“What’s Your Frequency?” will be led by meditation practitioner Safia Pulliam (left) and yoga practitioner Bhreeyana Miller (right).
Safia is a 500-hour Holistic Health and Wellness Guide trained practitioner on a path of sharing the wisdom and teachings of yoga and meditation with those seeking healing, transformation, and a fresh outlook on life.
Bhreeyana is a certified yoga instructor and wellness practitioner passionate about creating brave wellness spaces for Black and Brown women. Her work focuses on bringing people back to their body and core selves.
