The Cypher Sessions

Join Sonder Impact, Sip & Sonder, and Dr. Byron Young as they present Dr. Young’s “The Cypher Sessions,” where the minds and ideas of the community synergistically come together to uplift and empower one another.

The Cypher Sessions is a fun, community-based education program where we deconstruct Black music and other Black art forms to ignite discussion amongst participants around social justice and emotional-health topics that affect them.

The Sessions serve as a platform to inspire participants to reflect and share their ideas and perspectives while building and supporting critical thinking amongst marginalized communities, particularly communities of color.
